Pink, Black and White Baby Shower

One of my life long friends is having baby #3 at the end of this month. Her sister and I decided to throw her a baby sprinkle. Just a few friends and some necessary gifts, like diapers, wet bags, etc. It’s her 3rd girl so she is all set in every other department. But we still wanted to get together to celebrate her and the new baby. A baby sprinkle was the perfect way to do that.

The shower was held in my friend’s sister’s home in Glendale. We kept the decor pretty simple as well as the food. Her sister, Stacy, was in charge of the food and I was in charge of the desserts.

Pink black white baby shower dessert table

We kept everything super simple and easy to put together. For the dessert table, I bought some black and white striped fabric at Hobby Lobby. I found pink paper plates at Target for $1 and picked up black and white polka dot and raspberry pink napkins plus box containers and paper straws at Party! Party! My friend’s sister was able to use some leftover decor from a previous pink polka dot baby shower to compliment the color scheme.  I also ordered balloons from Party! Party!. They have a HUGE selection and I was able to find the big round ones there. I picked them up the night before and paid the extra money for hifloat. Saved me time from the morning rush of the party.

It was a great day. We played a few games but mostly just chatted, ate and laughed.  A perfect way to celebrate the new baby girl and her mama.
